General Policy

All sales on chanchalbynature.com are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or any reason other than those specifically listed below.

Exceptions — When We Will Accept a Return

We will accept a return request only under the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered — You received a product different from what you ordered.

  2. Product Damaged on Arrival — The product arrived with visible physical damage (crushed bottle, broken cap, or compromised packaging). This must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence sent to [support email].

  3. Product Expired or Near-Expiry on Arrival — The product was delivered already expired, or with less than 3 months of shelf life remaining from the date of delivery.

How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, email us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage claims) or within 7 days of delivery (for wrong item or expiry claims) with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Return Shipping

  • For wrong item or near-expiry returns: A flat return shipping fee of ₹180 is payable by the customer.

  • For damaged on arrival returns: Return shipping will be arranged and borne by Chanchal By Nature.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected by us, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Products that have been opened cannot be returned, except where damage or expiry was present on arrival.

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly on chanchalbynature.com. For purchases made on other platforms, the respective platform's return policy will apply.

  • Chanchal By Nature reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above criteria or where evidence of misuse is found.
